SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
In your minimum purchase of 1,500 MXN shipping is free.
* Does not apply with other active promotions on the page
or extended areas (for shipments to extended areas the prices are from
180 to 260 MXN, these prices depend on the distance that the company
of charge consider).
Express shipments have a cost from 140 to 270 MXN but it is important to mention that this type of shipments in seasons of high demand (holidays/HOT SALE), are not guaranteed to arrive in less than 24 hours.
Likewise, we are not responsible for the delay time of the packages, in case your order is late, we will gladly manage the delivery of it.
Payments made after 3:00 pm are not shipped that day, but until the next so that we can put together your order and ship it.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason the product has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect product was delivered, the customer has 30 days from the date of purchase to return it.
Taxco Rosa will proceed to refund the full amount of the product price using the same means of payment used by the customer for the initial transaction and the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the commodity.
The cost of shipping or returning the product will not be refunded.
The return will not be applicable in the following cases:

The product is personalized.

The product was sold at a discount.

The product presents visible abuse caused by the client (makeup, perfume, sweat, among others).

Quantity (if there are several pieces of the same model).

Return reason.
Taxco Rosa reserves the right to deny you the return of the merchandise for the reasons mentioned above.
